To secure your desired shoot date and time, a 50% deposit is required.
Your session is officially confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Dates are reserved exclusively for you after confirmation. Until the deposit is paid, availability cannot be guaranteed.

An invoice will be sent via email for all services.

We accept: • Apple Pay • Cash App • PayPal (upon request)

Clients may choose to:
• Pay in full, or
• Pay a 50% deposit to confirm, with the remaining balance due before the session or event date.

Final balances must be paid prior to the start of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We understand that plans may change.

• Cancellations made more than 36 hours before the scheduled session may receive up to 50% of the total payment (excluding the deposit)
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Cancellations made within 36 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable

We aim to be flexible whenever possible.

• One complimentary reschedule is allowed for outdoor or on-location sessions
• In-studio sessions may incur a $60 rescheduling fee
• Additional reschedules may incur an $85 fee
• New dates must be confirmed within 3 days or the session will be treated as a cancellation

Please arrive on time to maximize your session.

• Arrivals 10 minutes or more late may incur a $25 late fee
• Sessions may be shortened to stay within the scheduled time
• Arrivals exceeding 25 minutes without communication may result in cancellation

After your session, you will receive a private online gallery link.

• You will select your included retouched images based on your package
• Selected images will be professionally edited and retouched
• Additional images may be purchased
• All other usable images may be lightly color graded and shared at our discretion
• Final galleries are typically delivered within 7–14 business days unless otherwise stated

TsharpProductions retains creative direction and editing style to ensure quality and brand consistency.

Final images and videos reflect our professional artistic approach.

TsharpProductions may use photos or videos for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the session.

Additional time requested on the day of service may be subject to availability and billed at the current hourly rate.
